Sowohl in Produktion und Montage als auch in der Qualitätskontrolle oder der Forschung müssen Drehmomente gemessen werden. Die Palette des Präzisionsmesstechnik-Spezialisten burster beginnt daher bei kleinsten Drehmomenten im Bereich weniger zehntel Nm z.B. für die Qualitätssicherung von kleinen Drehschaltern und reicht bis zu Drehmomenten von 1.000 Nm für den Einsatz an Motorenprüfständen. Den Drehmomentsensor Typ 8661 beispielsweise gibt es daher in mehreren Baugrößen: zum einen für feinfühliges Messen von 0 bis 0,02 Nm z.B. zum Bestimmen eines Losbrech- oder Reibmomentes sowie der Drehzahl bis 25.000 U/min. Mit der größten Bauform können bis zu 1.000 Nm gemessen werden. Sie eignet sich also u.a. für die (Leistungs-) Prüfung großer Motoren und Getriebe. Torques have to be measured in both production and assembly, and again in quality control. burster – the precision measurement technology specialists (see company boxed text) – offer a range of sensors starting with the smallest torques of a few tenths of one Nm, e.g. for quality assurance of rotary switches, all the way up to torques of 1,000 Nm for testing engines. The model 8661 torque sensor, for example, is available in different sizes, beginning with sensitive measurements of 0 to 0.02 Nm, e.g. to determine a breakaway or friction torque, and for speeds up to 25,000 rpm. The largest size can measure up to 1,000 Nm. It is therefore suitable for (performance) testing large engines and gearboxes. Einarm-Roboter werden heute für die unterschiedlichsten Aufgaben eingesetzt. Die auftretenden Kräfte und Drehmomente direkt am Arm präzise zu messen, erschließt viele weitere Möglichkeiten. So können z.B. bei Bestückungsprozessen aus den Messwerten Rückschlüsse auf die richtigen Teile, deren Positionierung und die korrekte Bestückung getroffen werden. Today, single-arm robots are used for a wide variety of tasks. The ability to precisely measure forces and torques that occur directly on the arm opens up many more possibilities. In assembly processes, for example, the measured values can be used to draw inferences about the right parts, their positioning and correct placement. For this purpose, the specialists at burster have developed a six-axis force/torque sensor with a robot flange conforming to DIN ISO 9049-1, which simply attaches to the standard fixture on the robot arm (see fig. 1).
